AI can buy back hours of your week. The hard part is knowing where.

I run a structured assessment of how your business really operates, then recommend the handful of fixes that pay for themselves in weeks. Usually that's tools; sometimes it's a process change that costs nothing. If I can't find you at least 5 hours a week of savings, the assessment is free.

Money-back guarantee · $999 credits toward implementation

Start Monday Turn on quote follow-up first. You can set it up yourself in an afternoon, on tools you already pay for.

The shape of page 1. Built from a generic scenario, not a client result.

"Can't I just use ChatGPT myself?"

Yes, and for some things you should. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, whichever assistant you already pay for: they're all genuinely good at drafting emails, summarizing documents, and answering one-off questions. If that turns out to be your whole problem, you don't need me, and I'll tell you so.

You can do your own books with QuickBooks too. What you'd be paying me for is knowing which workflow to fix first. A chat window can't see that your quotes go cold because nobody follows up by Thursday, or that your office manager retypes the same job into three different systems. And when you're the one living it every day, it's honestly hard to see from the inside either.

So the assessment answers the question honestly, in writing. Every report marks where ChatGPT alone is enough and where it isn't. If the whole answer is "use the tool you already have, here's how," the report says exactly that. The guarantee means finding that out costs you nothing.

Where ChatGPT alone is enough

  • Drafting and rewriting emails, proposals, job ads
  • Summarizing a contract before you call your lawyer
  • One-off research and "how do I" questions

Where it stops helping

  • Follow-ups that have to happen without you remembering
  • Data retyped between your CRM, inbox, and spreadsheets
  • The one bottleneck process everything else waits on
// The $999 assessment

The assessment is a diagnosis, not a tool list

Tool lists are free on the internet, and most of them are stale the week they're published. What you're paying for is a diagnosis: where your specific business is losing hours, which fix pays back fastest, and what has to be true for the math to hold.

A 45-minute interview 45 min

We start with your goals, then I mostly listen. Walk me through yesterday. What do you dread? Where does work pile up? From there we trace one or two core processes end to end (lead to cash, order to delivery) until we find the bottleneck everything else waits on, plus the smaller leaks along the way: retyping, approval lag, dropped balls.

Analysis 2–3 days

Between calls I work through the transcript against a checklist borrowed from lean manufacturing, sorting what you told me into named categories of waste. Every number in the report is built from figures you gave me, rounded down. Pricing comes from each vendor's own site, checked the same week you get the report.

The report 9 sections

Verdict first. Page 1 gives you 4 to 5 recommended tools, the total payback math, and the single action to take Monday morning. Every recommendation includes what it costs, the hours it saves, and the assumptions the numbers depend on. The roadmap is sorted by time to first value, because a modest win in two weeks beats a big win in six months.

A 30-minute review call 30 min

We walk the verdict together, pick your first move, and I answer whatever the report raised. If you want help implementing, the $999 credits toward that work. If you'd rather run with it yourself, the report is built so you can.

Every recommendation also names the simplest alternative, sometimes as simple as a template and a calendar reminder, so you can see exactly what the tool is buying you before you spend a dollar.

Every recommendation carries its own receipts

Here's the shape of a single recommendation from the report. This one is built from a generic scenario, not a client result.

Recommendation 1 of 4Sample · illustrative
In your words

"If I don't chase an estimate the same day it goes out, it usually goes cold. Most weeks I just don't get to it."

Automated quote follow-up

A follow-up sequence built on your existing CRM or inbox, not a new platform.

Hours back4–6 hrs/wk
Monthly cost$50–90
Payback~2 weeks

Key assumption: roughly 15 quotes go out per week and follow-ups are currently written one at a time. If your volume is much lower, this drops down the roadmap.

Process scored loose here: today the follow-up steps live in one person's head. The report says that out loud and sequences the fix, instead of recommending the tool anyway.

A 15-minute call where I learn how your business runs, then a short follow-up where I prescribe one tool, free, with a one-page summary. Book a full assessment within 30 days and everything from the mini carries forward, so we start ahead instead of starting over.

Implementation

When a recommendation needs building rather than buying: automation, process redesign, knowledge systems, custom workflows. Scoped and priced before work starts. I prescribe off-the-shelf tools whenever they exist and only build custom when your workflow demands it.

Fractional AI architect For technical teams

If you run an engineering team, most of this page isn't aimed at you. This rung is. I own your AI and automation roadmap, build and maintain custom agents and integrations, and review vendor and tooling choices, working as a fractional architect rather than a tool prescriber. Built for organizations of 20–100 people and founder-led product companies. How this engagement works.

Your data gets handled deliberately, not conveniently

Interviews are recorded and transcribed with a local-first tool I built myself, and transcripts live in an isolated per-client folder on my hardware. For the analysis I use frontier AI models, handled the way I'd want my own financials handled: zero-retention settings, nothing used to train anyone's model, and never wholesale pasting of your transcript into a chat window.

If your business runs on genuinely sensitive data (medical, legal, client financials), I offer a fully local option for an added fee: the entire analysis stays on my hardware, end to end. Most clients don't need it. The ones who do, really do.

// About George

I've been building software since 1998, a few miles from wherever you are

I've lived in Las Vegas since I was two years old, and I've been building software professionally since 1998, starting as a web and database developer in Bank of America's Card Services division while finishing my degree at UNLV. Most recently I was an Engineering Manager and Architect at Codingscape. Before that I ran technology teams at RevUnit and Credit One Bank here in town, co-founded a startup, and spent years diagnosing why systems and teams are slower than they should be, usually for large companies.

I still ship my own software, including two iOS apps live on the App Store, and I write about AI-assisted engineering at georgediab.com.

The reason this business exists: Las Vegas small businesses deserve the same diagnosis large companies pay for, without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise nonsense.

If I can't find you 5 hours a week, you don't pay

That's the whole deal. The assessment is $999, it comes with a money-back guarantee, and the fee credits toward implementation if you want help building. The 15-minute mini is free either way, and it gets you one real recommendation regardless of whether we ever talk again.

Or just email hello@georgediab.net. I reply within one business day. The mini is a conversation, not a pitch.
