One person, building software since 1998
You'd be working with me, start to finish. No account manager, no junior handoff, and no team of contractors you meet after signing. Here's the background that shaped how I diagnose a business.
I started as a web and database developer in Bank of America's Card Services division while finishing my degree at UNLV. Most recently I was an Engineering Manager and Architect at Codingscape. In between I ran technology teams at RevUnit and Credit One Bank, co-founded a startup, and spent years diagnosing why systems and teams are slower than they should be, usually for large companies.
I still ship my own software, including two iOS apps live on the App Store, and I write about AI-assisted engineering at georgediab.com. The tools I recommend are the tools I use daily, which is exactly why I'm comfortable telling you when you don't need them.
