$999, flat. Before that there is a free 15-minute mini assessment: a short call where I learn how your business runs, then a written follow-up where I prescribe one tool, at no cost. Use the mini to decide whether the full assessment is worth $999 to you. If you book the full assessment within 30 days, everything from the mini carries forward.

Two things are attached to the $999. If I can't find you at least 5 hours a week of savings, you don't pay. If you go on to have me build something, the $999 credits toward that work.

A written report in nine sections, verdict first. Page one gives you four to five recommended fixes, the total payback math, and the single action to take Monday morning. The roadmap is sorted by time to first value, not by size of prize.

Every recommendation carries what it costs, the hours it saves, and the assumptions the numbers depend on, plus a readiness read across data, process, people, and risk. Each one also names the simplest alternative, sometimes a template and a calendar reminder, so you can see what the tool is actually buying you. Around the report sit a 45-minute interview at the start and a 30-minute review call at the end. The deliverable is the one shown on the assessment page.

The free mini exists partly so this rarely comes up. Fifteen minutes is usually enough for me to tell you whether there are hours to find, and I'll say so before you spend anything.

Las Vegas is where I live and where meeting in person is easy, so that option stays on the table for local businesses. It's an option, not a requirement.

Interviews are recorded and transcribed with a local-first tool I built myself, and transcripts live in an isolated per-client folder on my hardware. Recording happens with your written consent, every time.

For the analysis I use frontier AI models on zero-retention settings. Nothing you tell me is used to train anyone's model, and I don't paste your transcript wholesale into a chat window. If your business runs on genuinely sensitive data, medical or legal or client financials, I offer a fully local option for an added fee, where the entire analysis stays on my hardware end to end. Most clients don't need it.

For some of your work, yes, and the report says so when it's true. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, whichever assistant you already pay for: they are all good at drafting emails, summarizing a contract before you call your lawyer, and answering one-off questions. If that turns out to be your whole problem, you don't need me, and I'll tell you.

What a chat window can't do is see that your quotes go cold because nobody follows up by Thursday, or that your office manager retypes the same job into three systems. Those are the spots where the answer is a different tool, a workflow change, or nothing at all. Every report marks which is which, and the guarantee means you only pay if I find the hours.

Your time in it is 75 minutes: a 45-minute interview at the start and a 30-minute review call at the end. Between those two calls I spend 2–3 days on the analysis and the report.

The report is in your hands within five business days of the interview. After that the only variable is when we can get the review call on both calendars, which is usually the constraint rather than the work itself. I'll give you specific dates when we book the interview.

At that floor I own four things rather than advise on them: the AI roadmap, custom agents and integrations built and maintained, vendor and tooling review, and getting your engineers productive with AI-assisted development. It runs as regular working sessions with real code in your repo, alongside your team rather than instead of it. There is no public number because the scope moves with the systems you want connected and the number of executives involved. Wiring Claude into Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and a data warehouse for five execs is a different build from two connectors for three. Execs beyond the first five are added at a fixed per-exec price, and the optional in-person kickoff is a fixed add-on. Your Anthropic licensing is separate and not part of my fee.

Five things: a Claude Team or Enterprise account with admin access, connectors enabled for the systems you want Claude to read, executive availability across the 45 days, a designated internal point of contact, and Anthropic licensing handled on your side.
